Operations Manager 3

Job Description

• Full-time, in-person Operations Manager 3 role with Northrop Grumman in Falls Church, VA, supporting the CIDO Enterprise Applications and Platforms organization; travel required 10% of the time
• Execute strategic direction and daily operations, establish operating rhythms, and translate strategy into priorities, initiatives, milestones, and performance metrics
• Prepare executive communications and materials, coordinate data analysis and continuous-improvement activities, and deploy Product Ownership, Service Ownership, and Business Capability models
• Ensure operational programs meet business, budget, regulatory, audit, and reporting requirements while aligning activities across Operations Managers
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 9 years of professional experience, process-management experience in large organizations, demonstrated leadership, ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance before starting, and ability to obtain and maintain Special Programs access
• Salary: $175,400.00–$263,200.00; preferred qualifications include Six Sigma Black Belt certification, 9 years of management experience, project/program management experience, STEM degree, and advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
