Operations Specialist (Corporate Actions)

Job Description

• Entry-level Operations Specialist supporting accurate and timely processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, including dividends, mergers, stock splits, spin-offs, tender offers, rights offerings, and exchange offers.
• Reconcile corporate action positions and entitlements against custodian and depository records; calculate and verify cash and stock entitlements.
• Distribute notifications, respond to internal and client inquiries, collect and submit client elections, and prepare status and outstanding-item reports.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies, missing elections, and processing errors while adhering to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit inquiries.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience, plus 0–2 years of relevant financial services experience; hybrid role in Dallas, TX.
