Operations Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise Keurig Dr Pepper beverage and coffee processing operations in an on-site, full-time day-shift manufacturing role in St. Louis, MO.
• Direct and coach production operators across multiple packaging lines while managing labor and operating expense budgets.
• Coordinate beverage packaging to achieve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, environmental, health, and morale goals while minimizing waste.
• Analyze production records, maintain production documentation, ensure equipment and work areas are safe, and drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing, pull and visual systems, TQM, and data-driven problem solving.
• Requires an H.S. Diploma, with a related bachelor’s degree preferred, and a minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing; salary range is $70,500–$85,000.
