Job Description
• Perform inspection, assembly, packing, and quality decisions for laboratory bottles and related products in an on-site cleanroom manufacturing environment in Rochester, NY.
• Conduct 15-minute inspections, identify visual defects and out-of-specification production, and work to established QC samples.
• Maintain controlled work areas, housekeeping standards, production paperwork, 15-minute inspection forms, and MQC sheets.
• Follow GMP, PPE, cleanroom, departmental work, and safety requirements; operate assigned machinery and report problems to supervisors or setup personnel.
• Requires a high school diploma/GED, 0–1 year of relevant manufacturing, operations, production, or laboratory experience, English proficiency, basic math, hand/eye coordination, and ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
