Ops Supervisor - Hub

Job Description

• Frontline, on-site operations supervisor in Greenwood, IN, managing package sortation, Package Handlers, assigned staff, and potentially administrative employees.
• Leads hiring, terminations, coaching, training, performance management, employee relations, productivity, recognition, and discipline activities.
• Plans and controls daily facility operations, trailer movement and tracking, operational quality, cost reduction, metric improvement, and corrective action plans.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED and six months of qualifying experience; an Associate's degree, related certification, or two-plus years of college may substitute for experience, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Must support FedEx safety, hazardous-materials, quality-assurance, SWAK, VEDR coaching, dock-safety, FXG policy, governmental-regulation, and E-Verify compliance requirements; full-time role with lifting up to 50 pounds.
