Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Description

• Remote Order Fulfillment Associate role serving anywhere in the contiguous United States; full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Order Fulfillment Supervisor.
• Process standard order fulfillment Cases and line-item requests involving scheduling, shipping, delivery coordination, invoicing, credits, and payment portals within SLA.
• Use Salesforce Case reporting and related systems to prioritize work, communicate with requesters and clients, and resolve assigned Cases.
• Escalate complex, ambiguous, non-standard, or judgment-heavy requests to an Order Fulfillment Coordinator; requires sound judgment, strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.
• Requires 1+ years of project support, sales support, customer service, or equivalent client operations experience; compensation is $16.50-$17/hour.
