Outdoor Adventure Instructor

Job Description

• Lead elementary, middle, and high school students through multi-day outdoor education and experiential learning programs at Circle F Dude Ranch in Lake Wales, FL.
• Teach environmental education, Florida ecosystems and wildlife, team-building challenges, wilderness skills, archery, climbing, ropes-course, waterfront, and evening programs.
• Create safe, positive, inclusive learning environments and facilitate campfire and group activities.
• Maintain organized activity areas, collect trash, assist with cabin cleaning and turnover, and prepare facilities for incoming groups.
• Full-time residential, on-site role operating primarily August–December and January–May; no previous outdoor education experience required because comprehensive training is provided.
