Overnight Receiving Supervisor

Job Description

• Floor & Decor is hiring a full-time, on-site Overnight Receiving Supervisor in Columbus, OH, for retail-store warehouse operations.
• Direct daily shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory-control, freight-scheduling, staging, storage, and inventory-rotation activities.
• Supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators; schedule staffing, train associates, enforce SOPs, and administer progressive discipline.
• Maintain safe, compliant warehouse operations under applicable OSHA local and state regulations; oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Requires 1–3 years of prior supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center, strong computer skills in Windows-based systems, effective communication, and ability to lift/move specified weights and work extended hours.
