Job Description
• Provide comprehensive legal support to attorneys and legal teams in child support enforcement matters in Virginia Beach, VA.
• Conduct legal research, prepare case summaries, draft pleadings and motions, and file documents with courts and administrative bodies.
• Organize case files, assist with trial preparation, and liaise with clients, stakeholders, and external parties under attorney guidance.
• Requires at least 3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department, with proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and completion of a paralegal certificate program are preferred; hiring range is $55,650-$61,825 for a full-time position.
