Part Time Air Cargo Ramp Agent

Job Description

• Part-time, on-site Air Cargo Ramp Agent role with Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ, supporting airport cargo and aircraft ground operations.
• Load, unload, transport, receive, deliver, and physically handle mail, baggage, freight, express cargo, company materials, and containers weighing up to 3,200 lbs.; handle individual cargo and bags weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Clean and service aircraft cabins and exteriors, transport cabin furnishings and supplies, connect/remove ground power and ground-start units, and de-ice aircraft at heights of up to 20–80 ft. using glycol.
• Drive and guide vehicles weighing 3,000–80,000 lbs. in congested aircraft areas, perform aircraft push-out/towing functions, read off-load sheets, and communicate ground-to-cockpit instructions.
• Comply with WFS site-security procedures, report security breaches or non-compliance, and work in variable weather, high noise, jet-fume, dust, and vehicle-emission environments.
• Requires a high school diploma/GED or equivalent, age 18+, valid driver’s license, communication ability, capacity to lift/push/pull up to 70 lbs., and availability for rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and days off.
