Job Description

• Part-time, on-site Retail Sales Associate role in Austin, TX, supporting customers in an educational learning-materials retail store.
• Greet customers, provide product knowledge, resolve or escalate issues, and support customer loyalty and sales targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish and manage sales-floor inventory, assist with merchandising and displays, and process POS transactions accurately.
• Requires flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and varied hours; must frequently lift approximately 50 pounds and perform bending, stooping, kneeling, ladder climbing, and standing for shifts up to 8 hours.
• Previous retail experience and cash register/POS knowledge are a plus; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
