Job Description
• Part-time, on-site Party & Event Host role at Michaels Stores in Sheridan, CO, supporting children’s birthday parties, craft classes, and other store events.
• Plan and coordinate multiple events, lead craft projects and face painting, manage add-ons, communicate with clients and store teams, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide retail customer service, checkout support, Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, VOC survey education, BOPIS/SFS assistance, stocking, recovery, SISO, and AD set support.
• Requires experience working with children and children’s events plus retail and/or customer service experience; excellent communication, people, organizational, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills are required.
• Requires standing, bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching, ladder use, heavy-box handling, and availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings; pay is $15.16-$17.30.
