Job Description
• Full-time Patent Agent role with Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP in Washington, DC; work mode is not specified.
• Draft and prosecute patent applications involving chemistry, particularly organic chemistry and small molecules, for filing with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
• Evaluate invention technology, write opinions, counsel clients, support litigation, and provide technical assistance on projects.
