Patient Care Nurse Assistant – Neurosciences

Job Description

• Provide or assist with neurological patient care under RN supervision on the H60 Neurosciences unit at Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus in Cleveland, OH.
• Perform vital signs, weight checks, personal care, activities of daily living, patient transfers/transport, pulse oximetry, point-of-care testing, dressing changes, external monitoring device application, and urinary Foley catheter removal.
• Report abnormal physical, mental, and emotional findings to an RN and maintain clean, orderly patient rooms.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED and BLS certification through the AHA or American Red Cross; STNA is preferred, and qualifying military medical experience will be considered.
• Full-time overnight on-site role, 7:00pm–7:30am, paying $18.25–$24.95/hour; requires compliance with physical demands, PPE precautions, annual influenza vaccination or approved exemption, and controlled-substance testing.
