Patient Care Technician (PCT, CNA, EMT) Non Maternity

Job Description

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Nurse Leader in an acute-care hospital environment.
• Perform selected patient-care interventions in accordance with regulatory requirements, hospital standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support a safe, efficient care environment and contribute to a positive patient experience as part of the care team.
• No experience is required; on-site training and successful completion of PCT-specific HHC orientation are required.
• Obtain Certified BLS Provider credentialing from the American Heart Association within 60 days of hire or transfer; high school diploma/GED and CNA, CPCT/A, EMT, or CMA certification are preferred or support clinical-ladder advancement.
• Work part-time with every other weekend and every other holiday, with flexibility in scheduling.
