Payment Processing Specialist (Entry Level)

Job Description

• Full-time Payment Processing Specialist role with Carvana/ADESA in Tempe, AZ; work mode is not specified.
• Handle inbound and outbound payment inquiries, payment exceptions, customer issues, online checkout support, and communications with auction sites and floor plan companies using Salesforce.
• Requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year of office experience, age 18 or older, a valid driver's license, English proficiency, and strong customer-service, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, confidentiality, and ownership skills.
• Payment processing or accounts receivable experience, college education, and Salesforce proficiency are preferred; hiring requires a complete background check and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable state and federal laws while meeting deliverables and metrics against aggressive targets and timelines.
