Job Description

• Process accurate weekly and bi-weekly multi-company, multi-state, and union payroll, including wages, overtime, bonuses, retroactive payments, and salary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws; manage tax filings, amendments, corrections, quarterly/annual reporting, W-2/W-2C activities, withholding, and SUI accounts.
• Audit and reconcile payroll registers, taxes, deductions, benefit contributions, and payroll data before final submission.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies, direct deposit and reporting issues; maintain payroll records, prepare termination checks, and generate payroll reports and analysis.
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, 5+ years of payroll administration experience, union and multi-state payroll/tax experience with an emphasis on California, ADP or similar systems, and advanced Excel skills; local candidates only; $74,000-$94,000.
