Job Description
• People Analytics Intern at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX, supporting HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce trends, reporting, employee engagement, and AI transformation.
• Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday through Thursday and remote Friday; 10-week summer internship program.
• Gather, organize, and analyze HR data; support dashboards and metrics covering headcount, talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and workforce development.
• Research AI and emerging technology opportunities, maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation, and translate people data into actionable recommendations.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a specified HR, psychology, analytics, business, statistics, or related field; applicants must be at least 18 by the program start.
• Requires strong analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, communication, confidentiality, and collaboration skills; Microsoft Excel familiarity required, with data visualization, reporting, or data analysis experience preferred.
