Job Description

• Citizens Bank, N.A. is hiring a full-time Physical Security Threat Intelligence Officer in Johnston, RI; work mode is not specified.
• Assist with threat intelligence strategy development, conduct physical-security threat assessments, analyze data, and gather intelligence from open-source, internal, and external sources.
• Develop risk-mitigation strategies, lead security-incident responses, coordinate with law enforcement and government agencies, and issue emergency notifications as needed.
• Prepare senior-management reports and briefings, recommend security-posture improvements, train security personnel, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, or a related field; 3–5 years of relevant experience; CPP, PSP, or similar certification is highly desirable; Monday–Friday, 11 AM–7 PM, with occasional on-call duties.
• Salary: $72,000–$101,000 per year plus potential annual discretionary bonus; operations must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
