Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Inpatient/Acute Care

Job Description

• Provide inpatient/acute-care physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, document care, and communicate patient responses.
• Promote safe mobility, functional independence, and wellness while educating and advocating for patients and families.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and support therapy program goals.
• Requires 2+ years of experience, an Associate-level or equivalent accredited PTA program, current state PTA licensure or eligibility, and Certified BLS; on-site in Springfield, IL.
• Part-time position at 20 hours weekly on day shift; $25.53-$38.29/hour; full-time schedule may be considered.
