Job Description
• Platform Engineer II supporting the development and operation of Point72’s enterprise data infrastructure and distributed data services in the alternative investment/financial services industry.
• Design, provision, and manage scalable, performant, resilient AWS cloud infrastructure—including compute, storage, networking, and IAM—primarily with Terraform and IaC practices.
• Deploy and maintain containerized applications on Docker and Kubernetes; build CI/CD automation with security checks and guardrails using tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Apply SRE and observability practices, monitoring/logging/alerting, cloud cost optimization, Linux troubleshooting, and incident response to improve platform reliability.
• Requires 3–5 years of platform/DevOps/SRE/infrastructure engineering experience, 3+ years designing and operating cloud infrastructure, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; full-time role in Warsaw, PL, with work mode not specified.
