Job Description
• Platform Engineer II supporting the development, operation, scalability, performance, and resilience of Point72's enterprise data infrastructure in Warsaw, PL.
• Requires 3–5 years of platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience supporting production systems, plus 3+ years designing and operating cloud infrastructure; AWS preferred.
• Provisions AWS compute, storage, networking, and IAM infrastructure primarily with Terraform; deploys and maintains containerized applications on Docker and Kubernetes.
• Builds and operates CI/CD pipelines and automation using tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins, with automated security checks and guardrails.
• Applies SRE, observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, Linux troubleshooting, and incident-response practices to improve data-platform reliability.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience; full-time role with compensation undisclosed.
