Job Description

• Perform plumbing and drain service work, including clearing clogged sewer lines and drains with portable electric sewer-cleaning equipment.
• Repair underground piping and replace broken tile or pipe sections, forming watertight joints with caulking compound and cement.
• Use plumbers' snakes, tapelines, rotary knives, sewer trap machines, and hand tools to locate breaks, clean pipes, and maintain equipment.
• Estimate service costs, educate potential clients about available choices and options, and maintain safe work areas.
• Apply local plumbing codes and read and write English well enough to prepare invoices and timesheets; full-time field-service role dispatched from home in the United States.
