Job Description

• Install, maintain, repair, assemble, and test plumbing systems, fixtures, and related building equipment in an on-site university/healthcare environment.
• Troubleshoot plumbing breakdowns involving water, sewage, drainage, air, gas, vacuum, and related systems in accordance with state and local codes.
• Route piping and locate fixtures, connections, hangers, brackets, and equipment using blueprints, sketches, trade specifications, and codes.
• Requires a high school diploma/GED or equivalent, 2 years of plumbing installation and repair experience, and a valid North Carolina driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality, complete daily records/logs/time sheets, follow PM schedules and safety training, and handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds or more.
• Full-time, on-site position in Durham, NC; anticipated annual base salary range is USD $20.90 to USD $33.54.
