Plumber

Job Description

• Full-time, day-shift Plumber role with Trinity Health in Grand Rapids, MI; hours are 7am-3:30pm with variable weekends and holidays.
• Maintains, installs, repairs, and performs preventive and corrective maintenance on hospital plumbing, water, drain, and distribution systems.
• Diagnoses problems using electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or other sciences and documents work to meet regulatory, accreditation, and licensing standards.
• Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D., a current plumber’s license, and at least one year of plumbing experience; five or more years and hospital experience are preferred.
• Uses basic hand tools, field-specific test equipment, and AIMS for tracking work orders, preventive maintenance, time sheets, and miscellaneous work.
