Plumbing Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• Full-time, field-based Plumbing Maintenance Technician role with Any Hour Services in Orem, UT; travel up to 50% to residential and commercial customer sites.
• Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, testing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on water heaters, piping, drains, fixtures, and related plumbing systems.
• Document system conditions, work performed, parts used, time worked, and recommended repairs or replacements; educate customers and provide repair or upgrade recommendations.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of relevant plumbing experience, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and ability to pass background and drug screening.
• State-required certification and plumbing trade school or technical training are preferred; ServiceTitan or similar service management software experience is preferred.
