Portfolio Director, NAVFAC & US Coast Guard

Job Description

• Senior Portfolio Director role leading strategic and operational delivery for NAVFAC and U.S. Coast Guard federal defense programs, including large IDIQ task orders and multi-award contract vehicles.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 20+ years managing federal defense programs, contracts, or portfolios, and experience with NAVFAC, USCG, DoD, IDIQ, task order-based, or multi-program contracts.
• Owns scope, schedule, budget, quality, compliance, financial performance, forecasting, margin, resource planning, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
• Leads client relationships, program managers, cross-functional teams, change management, stakeholder engagement, and business growth through recompetes, task order pursuits, and on-contract expansion.
• Remote/virtual position based in Virginia with up to 50% travel; salary is $157,500.00-$283,500.00; active PE or PMP and active US Security Clearance are desired, while the posting states the security clearance requirement is None.
