Portfolio Manager (Hybrid)

Job Description

• Stryker seeks a Portfolio Manager in Cary, IL for a full-time hybrid role requiring presence in the office 3 days per week.
• Drive portfolio strategy, product lifecycle management, market expansion, pricing, product development, and launch initiatives across R&D, Marketing, Clinical, and Commercial teams.
• Conduct customer, patient, market, competitive, qualitative, and quantitative research; develop value propositions, forecasts, performance measurements, business cases, ROI analyses, and funding recommendations.
• Create launch plans, evidence-generation strategies, publications, messaging, sales enablement tools, channel communications, and marketing resources.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of work experience; 2+ years of medical device or marketing experience is preferred.
• Compensation is $98,200–$163,700 USD annually.
