Power Generation Engineer - Controls

Job Description

• Supports SCADA availability, industrial automation, wind-site controls, equipment health, and operational data flow for renewable generation assets.
• Designs, develops, documents, tests, commissions, troubleshoots, maintains, and upgrades wind-farm control system hardware and software.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program and 2+ years of experience.
• Requires PLC, SCADA, HMI, power-generation, control-scheme, and industrial communication-protocol experience; EIT certification or progress toward PE licensure is required, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt is preferred.
• Full-time, exempt engineering role in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with travel to wind sites as needed; solutions must meet industry, regulatory, cybersecurity, safety, and corporate-policy requirements.
