Prepared Foods Cook / Food Production - Full Time

Job Description

• Prepare cold-case, fresh-pack, salad, and hot-bar food according to production sheets and recipes while maintaining quality, consistency, labeling, freshness, and presentation.
• Manage stocking, replenishment, rotation, merchandising, sanitation, equipment cleanliness, opening/mid/closing duties, signs, and pricing.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, Food Safety, regulatory, and safe-work requirements; report safety hazards and violations.
• Provide courteous customer service and suggestive selling while working effectively with customers, vendors, and Team Members.
• Requires 6-12 months of retail experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, work standing/walking 6-8 hours per 8-hour shift, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
