Preschool Teacher - Support

Job Description

• Support daily classroom operations and Cadence Education program implementation under the School Director and Lead Teacher.
• Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive environment supporting children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including children with IEPs.
• Assist with developmentally appropriate curriculum, Cadence Signature Programs, classroom routines, behavior plans, safety procedures, and incident documentation.
• Requires state-mandated teacher licensing qualifications, background clearances, and health screenings; CDA is preferred but not required if state requirements are satisfied.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, and previous early childhood or group care experience is preferred; pay is $18.00–$23.40/hr.
