Preschool Teacher - Support

Job Description

• Support daily classroom operations and Cadence Education programs under the School Director and Lead Teacher.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, inclusive environment supporting children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including IEPs.
• Assist with developmentally appropriate curriculum, Cadence Signature Programs, classroom routines, behavior plans, and child behavior documentation.
• Follow safety, supervision, incident-reporting, licensing, background-clearance, health-screening, and childcare compliance requirements.
• Part-time position in West Bridgewater, MA; flexibility required because schedules may vary based on enrollment, staffing ratios, and operational needs.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and CDA are preferred but not required when state requirements are satisfied; pay is $18.00–$23.40/hr.
