• Prevailing Wage and Apprentice Program Manager with Cargill Korean in Blair, NE; full-time role, with work mode not stated.
• Lead deployment and ongoing execution of the Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship program across Starches & Sweeteners ethanol plants to support Inflation Reduction Act ethanol tax-credit compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the program team while managing compliance risks, contractor onboarding, work-order determinations, recordkeeping, investigations, and issue resolution.
• Use Sockeye SAP, Kronos/UKG, Avetta, WH-347 documentation, prevailing wage riders, and applicable wage determinations to manage time confirmations, personnel classifications, contractor compliance, and required records.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and a minimum of four years of related work experience; preferred qualifications include third-party resource oversight, Maintenance & Reliability workflow knowledge, ethanol process experience, and two years of supervisory experience.
