Pricing Program Manager

Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end price change process caused by index fluctuations, contractual adjustments, and other pricing drivers, from identification through implementation and post-implementation review.
• Coordinate Purchasing, Accounting, Finance, Projects, Sales, Customer Service, Customer Accounts, vendors, and customers; track milestones, resolve roadblocks, and report status to management.
• Validate index movements, pricing calculations, contractual requirements, and pricing impacts; produce Excel-based reports and maintain pricing databases, trackers, and historical records.
• Prepare vendor and customer price change communications, supporting documentation, effective dates, approvals, and implementation records.
• Improve pricing operations through SOPs, checklists, workflow documentation, tools, and continuous-improvement initiatives; maintain aligned records across Salesforce, the ERP, and SharePoint.
• Requires 3-5+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; on-site in Lake Success, NY.
