Job Description

• Principal-level data governance and AI readiness role based in Marlborough, MA, with additional locations in Arden Hills and Maple Grove, MN; work mode is not specified.
• Define, implement, and enforce enterprise data governance frameworks covering metadata, lineage, catalogs, semantic models, data quality, access, lifecycle management, and AI readiness.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, governance councils, stakeholder alignment, risk-based decisions, and communication of outcomes to senior leadership.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive experience; preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or CDMP/DGSP certification and 7+ years of experience.
• Supports GDPR, SOX, CCPA, and HIPAA compliance; salary range is $106,800–$202,900, and the position is full-time.
