Principal Control Account Project Manager (AHT)

Job Description

• Principal Control Account Project Manager supporting Northrop Grumman Space Systems programs onsite in Colorado Springs, CO; full-time position with 10% travel.
• Establish and manage engineering control account budgets, earned value metrics, integrated baselines, labor forecasts, material and labor accounts, and monthly EVM reporting.
• Develop and report integrated master schedules, including integration of major subcontract schedules, and manage schedule tasks using Microsoft Project.
• Assess software project risks and issues, prepare resolution plans and CDRLs, and support Engineering Change Proposals through Basis of Estimates and proposal development.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree plus 3 years; must obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance, with Top Secret/SCI, EVM/PMP certifications, and JIRA/Confluence proficiency preferred.
