Principal Data Scientist - Marketing Analytics

Job Description

• Principal-level marketing analytics role at Boston Scientific in Maple Grove or Arden Hills, MN; full-time hybrid schedule requires at least three office days per week.
• Apply advanced analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, marketing effectiveness modeling, causal inference, attribution, marketing mix modeling, lead scoring, and controlled marketing experiments.
• Lead end-to-end model lifecycle activities, including feature engineering, validation, documentation, deployment support, monitoring, and continuous refinement.
• Lead AI-enabled products, self-service analytics platforms, and GenAI/LLM applications such as conversational analytics, automated insights, recommendations, and decision-support tools.
• Requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 8+ years of data science or related analytical experience, advanced Python and SQL, and experience with cloud analytics and machine learning environments.
• Salary range: $102,100–$194,000; no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is available.
