Job Description

• Principal or Senior Labor Relations Consultant serving as a lead negotiator for labor agreements, grievances, arbitrations, and labor-related litigation.
• Provides strategic labor-relations guidance to operating company leadership, business-unit leaders, union executives, contractors, project teams, and union representatives.
• Ensures compliance with applicable state and federal employee/labor-relations regulations, collective bargaining agreements, corporate policies, PLAs, community workforce agreements, and prevailing-wage obligations.
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience; 8 years of progressively responsible labor, employee-relations, or management experience; and at least 5 years working with bargaining-unit employees.
• Denver, CO; full-time; anticipated base pay of $97,600.00–$138,600.00 per year; application deadline 10/01/26.
