Principal Process Engineer

Job Description

• Provides technical leadership and project management accountability for process engineering on wastewater treatment facility capital projects and engineering services.
• Plans and executes projects involving resource needs, options analysis, process and equipment design, engineering documentation, procurement, construction, commissioning, and system ownership.
• Supports conventional and advanced wastewater treatment and water reuse systems, including MBR, reverse osmosis, brackish water treatment, UV, ozone, membrane, biosolids, odor control, pumping, and blower systems.
• Requires a B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or related Engineering; 7+ years in the water and wastewater industry; and essential municipal wastewater systems experience.
• Los Angeles, CA role supporting projects mainly in Southern California; travel within California may be required. PE registration is desirable but not required, and no security clearance is required.
