Principal Solution Architect – Hybrid Infrastructure (West & Central Markets)

Job Description

• Principal-level, field-based technical pre-sales architect developing complex Hybrid Infrastructure solutions for Federal and State and Local customers across West and Central markets.
• Leads architecture, optimization, assessments, advisory services, strategic engagements, executive visioning sessions, complex sales pursuits, SOWs, proposals, and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.
• Designs scalable solutions spanning servers, storage, backup, virtualization, cloud, AI, and adjacent technologies; builds customer-required configurations and BOMs.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery experience, or 14+ years of that experience, along with significant Federal or State and Local customer experience.
• Full-time role with travel up to 25% or as needed; compensation is $151,350–$211,870 plus a 25% base-salary bonus target.
