Private Equity Associate

Job Description

• Private Equity Associate role with Selby Jennings, based in the United States; work mode is not specified and the position is full-time.
• Evaluate and execute investment opportunities, perform financial analysis and due diligence, and support transaction execution across Technology, Software, Healthcare, Industrials, Business Services, and related sectors.
• Build LBO, valuation, operating, and merger models; conduct industry, market, and competitive research; and prepare investment committee materials and transaction memoranda.
• Requires 2–3 years of investment banking experience from a reputable platform, transaction experience involving M&A, capital raises, or strategic advisory, strong modeling and valuation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• Compensation is $140K–$141K per year; requires strong communication, presentation, attention-to-detail, multitasking, and demonstrated commitment to private equity investing.
