Job Description
• Remote contractor role with Nassau Street Securities, Member FINRA / SIPC, supporting private placement and investment banking deal flow across healthcare, technology, infrastructure, and consumer sectors.
• Introduce and present capital-raising opportunities to an existing network of accredited investors, family offices, or institutional relationships; conduct outreach and manage relationships through the deal lifecycle.
• Collaborate with firm principals on deal structuring and investor fit while using provided issuer documentation and marketing materials.
• Requires active FINRA registration through Series 7, 79, or 82, plus current or prospective affiliation with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer.
• Commission-only compensation with competitive fee splits and earning potential tied directly to closed transactions and active deal flow.
