Pro Services Specialist (Bilingual – English/Spanish Preferred)

Job Description

• Provide on-site PRO customer service and relationship management for Floor & Decor’s hard surface flooring contractor clientele in Frederick, MD.
• Manage the PRO desk, including phone calls, orders, follow-up, escalations, customer support, product knowledge, and in-store customer activities.
• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint, educate PRO customers, promote PRO Premier Rewards, the PRO APP, and PRO credit solutions, and help grow customer participation and business.
• Collaborate with Store, Installation Materials, and Design Services teams; train Store Team members on the selling process and support store initiatives.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply, or professional installation experience; Salesforce/CRM experience and Spanish or another dominant local language are preferred. Hourly pay is $17.00–$20.60, with travel up to 20% possible.
