Job Description
• Spring 2027 Manufacturing Process Engineer Co-Op in Hunt Valley, MD; 7.5-month internship/co-op paying $25 per hour.
• Own a manufacturing improvement project targeting Cost, Quality, and Safety across chemical and making processes, warehouse systems, material optimization, filling, and packing technologies.
• Lead data-driven continuous improvement using SPC, DOE, process mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and process capability studies.
• Develop process standards and flow diagrams, train line technicians, analyze production-line trends, and drive productivity, material-utilization, labor, and cost improvements.
• Requires a B.S. in an Engineering discipline with 1–2 years remaining until graduation, analytical problem-solving skills, GMP compliance, and intermediate-to-advanced computer skills including SAP.
