Job Description
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for semiconductor and advanced display technologies in an on-site Hudson, MA role.
• Conduct experiments, collect and analyze data, characterize hardware, measure film properties, and compile technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex engineering issues using Root Cause Analysis and resolve customer concerns under limited supervision.
• Implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation while coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4–7 years of related experience, and conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving; full-time role with 10% travel and relocation eligibility.
