Job Description
• Full-time, on-site Process Engineer role at Vishay Dale Electronics in Columbus, NE, focused on resistor and e-beam technology manufacturing.
• Leads engineering for assigned product families and production areas, including product modifications, new materials/process research, design, testing, production engineering, and cost-saving projects.
• Directs technicians, supports prototype device builds, resolves production issues, documents product history, reviews customer drawings, and addresses customer quality issues.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering and 1-2 years of process/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Requires proficiency with Excel, Minitab, SQL, and lean manufacturing principles; access to ITAR/EAR-controlled information requires U.S. Person status under 22 C.F.R. 120.15.
