Process Engineer

Job Description

• Process Engineer responsible for developing, configuring, optimizing, testing, and upgrading industrial manufacturing processes and process-control systems in Kenosha, WI.
• Design and develop centrifuge systems and components; perform research, feasibility studies, simulations, modeling, testing, and iterative design improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, production efficiency, process capability, and quality initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Agricultural/Biological Systems (non-medical), or Chemical engineering; 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing process-engineering experience preferred, though recent graduates may be trained.
• Full-time role paying $30–$35/hour; valid driver’s license, minimum 50% travel, pre-employment background check, and drug screening required.
