Job Description
• Process Engineer role in Lititz, PA, supporting advanced metals manufacturing for aerospace, automotive, industrial, and transportation markets; full-time, with compensation of $85K–$120K a year.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field and 3+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Drives equipment reliability, uptime, safety, efficiency, predictive/preventative maintenance, root cause analysis, FMEA, and continuous improvement.
• Manages capital and expense projects through scope development, design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Requires AutoCAD or similar CAD proficiency; PLC systems, industrial manufacturing processes, reliability assessments, and maintenance strategy development are preferred.
• Ensures engineering, safety, environmental, and quality compliance while leading cross-functional teams and troubleshooting directly on the production floor.
