Process Engineering Leader

Job Description

• Lead global process engineering for new product introduction of aerospace coatings, sealants and adhesives across Burbank and Mojave, CA.
• Own scale-up, process development, manufacturing launch optimization, equipment evaluation, and delivery against customer and business timelines.
• Direct regional process engineering teams, establish standard work, and provide matrix leadership including oversight of the U.S. manufacturing plant NPI team.
• Apply Six Sigma, DMAIC, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, MSA, root cause analysis, control plans, DFMEA, PFMEA, and process safety analysis to resolve complex issues and mitigate risk.
• Requires a BS in Chemical, Process, Materials Engineering, or a related field; 10+ years in chemical industry or process engineering; coatings, sealants, and adhesives manufacturing experience; and strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
