Job Description
• MindFi is hiring a full-time Product Designer (UI/UX) for a remote/work-from-home role supporting a mental health and therapy-focused digital platform.
• Conduct product discovery, user research, usability testing, and UX requirements analysis for mobile and web applications.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and interface elements using Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, and lead brainstorms and workshops to communicate design concepts.
• Requires 3–5 years of interactive mobile app design experience at product-driven companies, a UI portfolio, and strong UX and interaction design skills; a relevant degree is preferred but not required.
